This website is built according to accessibility web design principles. The main content of the website is divided into three major areas: (1) Upper menu area, (2) Main content area, and (3) Bottom footer links area.

The accesskey settings of this website are as follows:

• Alt + U
  Upper Menu Area: Main menu, quick links, language switch, and website search.
• Alt + C
  Main Content Area: Core layout displaying specific details and information.
• Alt + B
  Bottom Footer Area: Contact information, transportation maps, and copywrite statements.

Firefox Browser Note: If you are using Firefox, please use Shift+Alt+(Key Letter) to trigger, e.g. Shift+Alt+C will jump to the main content area, and so forth.
