Transit Directions (Cheng-Kung Campus)
By Car (Highway Routes)
Southbound:
Take National Highway No. 1 Southbound → Exit at Yongkang Interchange and turn right → Drive straight (southbound) along Zhongzheng N. Rd. and Zhongzheng S. Rd. toward Tainan city center → Turn left onto Zhonghua Rd. → Continue along Zhonghua E. Rd. → Turn right at Xiaodong Rd., and drive straight to reach NCKU.
【For those traveling southbound via National Highway No. 3, transition to Highway No. 8 (westbound) at the Xinhua System, and connect to Highway No. 1 (southbound) to proceed.】

Northbound:
Take National Highway No. 1 Northbound → Exit at Rende Interchange and turn left → Go straight (westbound) along Dongmen Rd. toward Tainan city center → Turn right onto Linsen Rd. or Changrong Rd. (northbound) and continue straight to reach NCKU.

By Train (TRA)
After arriving at Tainan Railway Station, exit via the Back Station (Daxue Rd. Exit). Daxue Rd. left side is NCKU's Kuang-Fu Campus. Walk straight along Daxue Rd. across Qianfeng Rd. and Changrong Rd. to arrive at the Materials Science and Engineering Department Building located on the Cheng-Kung Campus.
By High Speed Rail (HSR)
For those arriving at Tainan HSR Station, proceed to the transfer corridor on the 2nd floor and take the TRA Shalun Line local train to Tainan Railway Station. Exit via the Tainan Back Station, and walk to the campus. Alternatively, take the HSR Shuttle Bus from Tainan HSR Station to Tainan city center.
