2. 加拿大蒙特婁理工學院指導教授同意證明文件；
3. 原就讀系所指導教授同意書或推薦函至少乙份
4. 履歷表；
5. 成績單；
6. 申請動機及研究領域；
7. 在學證明；
二、專案二：International Thematic Clusters in Engineering 交流
2. 原就讀系所指導教授同意書（研究生）或師長推薦函至少乙份（大學部學生 須經原系所主管或導師推薦）；
3. 成績單；
4. 護照影本；
5. 出生證明
三、工學院申請收件日程：
1.本校提名名額共計五名，工學院與電資學院併用合計。
2.加拿大蒙特婁理工學院交換學生獎學金申請資訊 - Study in Canada Scholarships (SCS) competition，依申請流程及提名規定辦理，申請截止日期 2022 年 3 月 13 日。

一、專案一：國際學生研究實習交流
- 申請資格：在實習課程交換期間，須為本院研究所（含碩博）在學學生，具備 成大學籍。
- 申請流程請參閱：Research Internships for International Students
- 參閱申請流程說明，依自身有興趣的研究領域 (area of research)，先行聯繫加拿 大蒙特婁理工學院指導教授，取得指導教授同意。
- 提供本院下列相關申請資料電子檔：
2. 加拿大蒙特婁理工學院指導教授同意證明文件；
3. 原就讀系所指導教授同意書或推薦函至少乙份
4. 履歷表；
5. 成績單；
6. 申請動機及研究領域；
7. 在學證明；
二、專案二：International Thematic Clusters in Engineering 交流
- 申請資格：在課程交流期間，須為本院大學部三年級以上和研究所（含碩博）二 年級以上在學學生，具備成大學籍。
- 申請流程請參閱：International Thematic Clusters in Engineering
- 提供本院下列相關申請資料電子檔：
2. 原就讀系所指導教授同意書（研究生）或師長推薦函至少乙份（大學部學生 須經原系所主管或導師推薦）；
3. 成績單；
4. 護照影本；
5. 出生證明
三、工學院申請收件日程：
- 工學院收件截止：2022 年 03 月 07 日
- 工學院提名送件：2022 年 03 月 13 日
