Thinking Process – a powerful language to foster teamwork and innovation

Corning has deeply cultivated her strong culture like Corning Values, Innovation Effectiveness, Manufacturing Excellence, etc. One of that is Problem Solving and Decision Making process which is a thinking process required for all employees to use as a common language. It is a powerful tool to get consensus within short time when you are handling a complicated problem with diverse people.
Teamwork and communication are the critical skills to make your career successful. To learn “Thinking Process” will be very helpful to you to develop these capabilities.
