太陽能電池概論及奈米材料之整合
Principle of Solar Cells and Assistants from Nanotechnologies

現職: 國立陽明交通大學 生醫與影像所 助理教授
內容摘要:
Sustainable energy is attracting more and more attentions these years since the rises of environmental issues and the demand of electricity including electrical cars, transportations, and artificial intelligences globally. Among the sustainable energy sources, solar energy is the most promising one because sunlight covers most of the earth’s surface. Solar cells/photovoltaics evolve by the time from generation to generation. Improvements were achieved in reducing the production cost as well as attaining higher efficiency. While developing better solar cells, nanotechnologies can actually help to become solutions for many typical issues such as stability and diffusion length. In this talk, a brief review of green energies and solar cells will be given followed by some of my latest works about the integrations between nano-material development and photovoltaics.
