For the past few years, solar energy research witnessed a tremendous growth in the field of perovskite solar cells (PSCs). However, the instability and reliability of CH3NH3PbI3 crystal in real world condition will be one of the biggest issues for moving perovskites crystals toward future commercial use. Therefore, understanding the exact spatially resolved degradation mechanism is a crucial need before being able to improve the stability and durability of these exceptional materials.
