本演講介紹電池儲能系統在國家推動再生能源系統建置中所扮演關鍵角色，以及工研院參考國際標準協助國家制定儲能系統案場驗證制度。此次演講希望可以讓學生了解國際間發展淨零排放的挑戰與機會，以及對於設計新興能源安全規範的整體思維，進一步鼓勵未來投入國內淨零排放發展行列。
This lecture introduces the critical role of battery energy storage systems in the national promotion of renewable energy deployment, as well as the Industrial Technology Research Institute's (ITRI) efforts in referencing international standards to assist in the establishment of site certification schemes for energy storage systems. The lecture aims to help students understand the global challenges and opportunities in achieving net-zero emissions, along with the holistic approach to designing safety regulations for emerging energy technologies. Furthermore, it seeks to inspire future participation in the development of domestic net-zero emission initiatives.
