In the modern era, semiconductor technology, healthcare, and energy sustainability represent three of the most critical challenges for humans. In these matters, material innovation is crucial. Our research explores the development of Sn and Zn alloys and their applications in semiconductor packaging and biotechnology (implant). Meanwhile, a key focus is on optimizing material performance while reducing energy consumption and promoting environmental sustainability. Underpinning these advancements is a strong foundation in fundamental materials science, such as Physical Metallurgy, Thermodynamics of Materials, and Material Analysis.
