UNSW has an opening in Hydrogen Storage Materials in the UNSW Scientia PhD Scholarship Scheme.   The scholarship will cover the tuition fees (~ A$45000/year for 4 years), a stipend of A$41209 per year for 4 years, and up to $10,000 research fund for the student.  https://www.scientia.unsw.edu.au/scientia-phd-scholarships
